ProfileLink is your own professional online profile that brings your introduction, services, portfolio, contact details and social media links together in one convenient place. Instead of sending people multiple links or documents, you can share one professional link.
No. ProfileLink is a done-for-you service. After placing your order, we’ll contact you to collect the information, photos and other details needed to create your profile. We handle the design and setup for you.
There is a once-off setup fee of R299 and an ongoing subscription of R99 per month. You pay the R299 setup fee at checkout. After your order, we’ll contact you to collect your details and arrange your monthly subscription separately through PayFast.
You’ll generally need to provide your name, professional introduction, services or expertise, contact details, social media links and any relevant photos or portfolio images. We’ll guide you through the information needed after your order.
No. ProfileLink gives you a dedicated professional profile link that you can share with clients, customers and professional contacts. You don’t need to build or manage a website yourself.
Yes. Your profile can include relevant contact options such as WhatsApp, telephone and email, along with your social media links, making it easier for people to reach you.
Yes. Your package includes a QR code linked to your professional profile. You can use it on business cards, printed materials or other marketing materials so people can access your profile by scanning it.
If you need to change your information, photos, services or contact details, contact us with the requested updates. We’ll confirm any applicable requirements or charges before proceeding.
Your profile hosting remains active while your subscription is active. If you cancel, your profile may be taken offline once the subscription ends. Your QR code will only continue to work while the linked profile URL remains active.
Click the Create My Profile button, complete your order and pay the R299 once-off setup fee. We’ll then contact you to collect your details and arrange your R99 monthly subscription through PayFast before proceeding with your profile setup.
